In the heart of Polis, Cyprus one can fins a typical local dining experience serving typical Greek, Cypriot and International specialties.
Archontariki is situated in the heart of Polis between the square and Saint Andreas Church renown locally for first class food and service.
Archontariki's charming manager is Mr. Marios Makryloucas who also happens to be one of the owners. He completed with honors a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management at the University of Athens and further achieved a Masters Degree in Tourism.
After a 10 years experience in some of the top hotels and restaurants in Cyprus, he decided to offer the local residents of Polis a taste of his expertise in the restaurant business, by opening Archontariki with his brother Charris.
Mr. Charris Makryloukas studied for two years at the Institute of Hotel and Catering Services in Nicosia. After completing his diploma he then went on to complete a course in Tourism and Business Management in Athens, then followed a year at a college in Lyon where he completed a course specializing in Gourmet Cooking.
In 1998 he achieved first place in the Cyprus National finals for young chefs, winning Gold in the Gourmet Cooking, Decoration and Presentation.
We specialise in wedding parties (including the ceremony if your wish) and any other group or party activities.
